The Director reports to the Global Leader - Operations Excellence, works in a peer relationship with Engineering, Reliability, Operations, and EHS leadership, and leads through influence across regional program managers and site partners. Lead the administration, training, and oversight of PSM elements including Management of Change, PHA and HAZOP, Operating Procedures, Incident Investigation, Compliance Audits, Pre-Startup Safety Review, Hot Work, Contractors, Employee Participation, Training, Emergency Planning and Response, and Trade Secrets.
