The Assistant Director will also oversee the selection, training, and supervision of University brand ambassadors and student recruiters, create and manage student employee schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for campus departments requesting admission student employee support for events and tours, including Development events, the Presidents Gala, and other university programs as needed. This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training a team of student employees who support campus visits and events, while developing and implementing processes that enhance the overall visit experience for prospective students and guests through exceptional hospitality and customer service.
