<div>Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics Location: Lake Wales, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience Incentives: $12,000 Sign-On Bonus + $200/month Student Loan Repayment Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Lake Wales. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.</li><li>Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program</li><li>Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE</li><li>Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)</li><li>CPR certification</li></ul>

This position is perfect for anyone who loves working with young students, enjoys teaching the ins and outs of language, math, among other subjects and is passionate about helping others build their skills in these areas.Work guaranteed hours 9:15am - 1:15pm Monday to Friday with our Homeschool Day Academy and then flexible hours tutoring core subjects and/or SAT/ACT in the afternoon (up to 20+ additional hours).Teacher-Tutors at GradePower Learning have limited lesson planning before class, GradePower administration communicates with parents, and all lessons are pre-planned. Applicants will be fully trained in our proprietary philosophy and methods.Position Requirements:Teacher-Tutors at GradePower Learning work Mon - Fri (9:15am - 1:15pm) and optional portions of after-school and evening hours Mon - Fri (3:00pm - 7:00pm). Choose the number of afternoons you work. A commitment until the end of the term in December is preferred. Continuing through the full academic year is even better. Your students will love working with you, and being reliable is a must!Applicants with upper division math and science expertise and who scored well on the SAT/ACT will be trained to coach SAT/ACT Prep program (+$3 per hour).This role is in-person.
