Serving as a central convener and resource, the Director collaborates with colleges to align student success strategies across academic and student affairs functions, supports systemwide committees and working groups, and promotes consistent, effective approaches that enhance student outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs & Compliance, the Director of Student Success provides systemwide leadership, coordination, and technical support to advance student success initiatives across the SC Technical College System.
