While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, in high precarious places, and in outside weather conditions, and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. Basic knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment required for the maintenance, alteration, and repair of buildings and for the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning equipment.
