Establishes and monitors policies for the review and approval of academic credentials and identification documents for student visa applicants to determine eligibility for Forms I-20; collaborates with the Admissions Outreach team on the review and final approval of documentation and forms related to the I-20 process, and issues and maintains Forms I-20 as appropriate. Provides clear, responsive guidance on college policies, procedures, and U.S. visa regulations for prospective and enrolled international students and oversees communication and visa advising to support recruitment initiatives, facilitate admissions decisions, and promote successful matriculation throughout the admissions and enrollment process.

Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move- ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work. Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions from the team and residents, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and assigning work orders with efficiency and urgency.

This position works collaboratively with academic leadership, advising, and student support services to identify and engage students at key points in their academic pathway, with the goal of improving retention, progression, and credential attainment.
