Student Enviromental Remediation Analyst State of Rhode IslandStudent Enviromental Remediation AnalystProvidence, RIA working knowledge of the principles and practices of environmental science or engineering as it relates to contaminated sites and the remediation thereof; a working knowledge of chemistry relative to contaminants and environmental media as well as contaminant fate and transport; the ability to complete environmental science or engineering field investigations; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members of the public as well as colleagues both verbally and in writing; and related capacities and abilities. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a superior from whom general and specific work assignments and instructions are received with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment; work is reviewed in process and upon completion for application of accepted scientific and/or engineering methods and techniques.
