5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, nursing, pharmacy, internal audit, or law or equivalent in a healthcare facility, organization or system or law firm and/or working knowledge and application of Federal and state healthcare laws and regulations including but not limited to Stark Laws, Anti-kickback Statute, EMTALA, CMP, False Claims Act, DEA regulations, etc. is preferred. Develop and maintain highly efficient and effective workflow processes by incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) agents, automated workflows, data analytics and other innovative technology into day-to-day operations, as available within the organization.
