Qualifications: • Current undergraduate student at Lipscomb University in good standing with the university • Have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA • Entering at least their 2nd year as a Lipscomb Student (sophomore, junior, or senior year) • Committed to diversity, social justice, and encouraging the development of skills to talk about difficult topics (i.e. race, religion, socioeconomic status, etc.) • Available to work at least 10 hours a week • Interested in utilizing marketing and communication skills to advance the goals outlined in the OID mission and vision statements • Aware of programs and resources both on and off-campus • Willing to attend and promote major campus events. Organize, coordinate, and implement campus-wide educational/formative programs, events, and activities that promote diverse perspectives (i.e., breakout chapel, cultural trivia nights, etc.).
