Maintains and ensures patient, staff, and environmental safety; maintains proper infection control; maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace and self; demonstrates an understanding of all radiation safety issues (e.g., Image Gently, Image Wisely, etc.) and follow radiation safety procedures to ensure patient safety. The CT technologist duties include the responsibility of the delivery of safe and effective imaging procedures, participation in departmental education programs, participation in organizational and departmentalgoals and priorities and active involvement in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) activities.
