The position will also include project management responsibilities, client coordination, zoning and land development permitting, presentations before municipal boards and reviewing agencies, preparation and review of construction documents, field observations, site plan drafting and review, photorealistic renderings, environmental considerations, and preparation of project reports and supporting documentation. While there are numerous technical skills that will contribute to success in this position—including expertise in AutoCAD, site design, grading, planting design, permitting, and construction documentation—we are equally interested in professionals who seek to overcome challenges, develop creative solutions, and be innovators within the industry.
