Responsibilities: Supply Chain Planning:Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production schedules and sustainability requirementsCreate demand plans to ensure finished product availability to mee customer needs and sustainability requirementsMonitor supply level and allocate inventory during critical shortages to minimize operational impactAnalyze inventory trends and recommends safety stock levels, replenishment strategies and phase in/phase out of new and obsolete materialsInventory, Warehouse, and DistributionOversee material receiving, storage, handling and distribution activities to ensure compliance with GMP/ISO requirements and internal proceduresEnsure accurate inventory levels, material traceability and proper identification and segregation of materialsManages finished product replenishments and transfers to Quest Operations to prevent supply interruptionsMonitors open orders and backorders to ensure timely receipt of materials. Proven experience in ERP/MRP systems Strong knowledge of FDA/ISO regulatory compliance requirementsLeadership experience in multi-site operationsExcellent Analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsDigital System Transformation, such as the development and utilization of simulation toolsRisk and Business Continuity PlanningSupply Chain ManagementInventory OptimizationRegulatory and Compliance (FDA/ISO/IVDR)Skills: Good record keeping and attention to detailsCollaboration: Ability to work effectively with functional and cross functional organizations and suppliersAbility to work with raw data and turn it into useful information - Strong data management skills.
