Learn the college's Learning Management System (Canvas) and other virtual platforms, such as Canva, Quizizz, Quizlet, etc., to deliver effective, high-quality learning experiences in the classroom, lab and online; Partner with other areas of the college to deliver customized training courses as needed; Seek out and participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best teaching practices, technology used in the classroom or online, and trending industry practices; Assume other appropriate responsibilities and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Life Sciences Program Director and Dean in meeting the needs of the institution. Collaborate with the Program Director and Curriculum Developer to ensure that the courses are meeting the needs of business and industry; Collaborate with the Life Sciences Career Development Specialists to coordinate industry guest speakers for courses; Coordinate needed tutoring sessions for students with the CAE tutors; Maintain complete course and student records, reports, and forms.
