Responsibilities include supporting coaches with recruitment planning and best practices; monitoring recruitment pipelines and enrollment outcomes; analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth; coordinating recruitment outreach, visits, camps, and events; and helping increase qualified inquiries, applications, deposits, and enrollment of prospective student-athletes. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director will partner closely with Athletics, Undergraduate and Graduate Admission, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and other campus offices to strengthen the student-athlete experience from initial recruitment through enrollment, transition, academic progress, and persistence.
