Job Description: <ul><li> Perform benchtop analysis of new and existing formulations. </li><li> Assist with analysis of customer complaints and product failures as required. </li><li> Formulate and mill customer formulations for projects and complaints, complete testing on media. </li><li> Prepare samples for analytical testing, and coordinate shipping where required. </li><li> Compiling data from analytical testing, directed assistance with analysis of data. </li><li> Assist with preparation of reports and presentations where required. </li><li> Maintain cell lines including cryopreservation and thawing. </li><li> Perform growth promotion studies and tabulate data. Read and record critical measurements. </li><li> Prepare reagents and media using written specifications. </li><li> Perform analysis accurately on a daily basis. Perform daily calibrations and operate basic lab equipment. </li><li> Identify any problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either correct the problems or immediately notify supervisor. </li><li> Assist the supervisor in ensuring an efficient workflow operation and report any delays and problems that may delay progress. </li><li> Maintain laboratory in a clean, functional state, as well as cleaning or performing scheduling equipment and instrument maintenance/calibration/certification as required. </li><li> Adhere to department rules and laboratory procedures, as well as company requlations stated in the employee handbook. </li><li> Adheres to department specific safety guidelines. </li><li> Standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, manual manipulation, and lifting up to 25 pounds. #TB_PH</li></ul>
