An advanced degree in student personnel, higher education or a related field or training and work experience at a level which equates to an advanced degree in those fields, prior professional experience in relevant areas within Student Affairs, and experience with adjudicating student conduct are required. Experience with academic integrity issues, involvement with conduct boards, including student leadership opportunities, knowledge of best practices in student conduct administration, and experience with conflict resolution are also preferred.
