Responsible for providing proctoring and support services. Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned): (100%) Testing Center Coordination •    Administer and proctor examinations. •    Assist customers/students at the Testing Center desk.  •    Schedule and assist with on/off campus testing appointments with students and business and industry. •    Give proper test taking procedures.  •    Provide visual security during testing, interpret scores/results, and accurately enter scores into database as needed.  •    Maintain confidentiality of student test records and maintain the security of all examinations. •    Collect fees and maintain accurate account of testers and fees.

Qualifications:

The Administrator will develop, implement, and oversee safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a safe, secure, and prepared campus environment. This role is responsible for leading business continuity efforts. The position also provides expert guidance on contracts, claims, and insurance coverage, making decisions that impact the College’s operational and financial well-being. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to act independently and decisively, particularly during high-pressure situations. The Administrator must be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, while building a culture of safety. Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned): (70%) Safety/Security Management  •    Maintain College compliance with EPA, DNR, ADA, OSHA, DSPS, and other regulatory agencies. •    Serve as the lead for college security best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure a safe and secure campus environment. •    Develop, review, and update safety/security policies, procedures, notices, alerts, and training materials to ensure alignment with all applicable laws. •    Conduct, document, and track campus safety audits, recommending and following up on preventative and corrective measures. •    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe and secure work practices across the College. •    Monitor environmental health and safety, including hazardous waste and infectious waste. •    Chair the Safety & Security Committee, coordinating activities to enhance campus safety and security initiatives. •    Develop and deliver annual risk and safety training for all students and employees, including Clery Act. •    Prepare and disseminate the Annual Security Report, maintaining systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. •    Participate in state-wide safety and risk management meetings, working with vendors and external/internal partners to implement best practices. •    Review and update and Business Continuity Plans with internal department. •    Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of safety programs, partnering with the Teaching and Learning Center and Human Resources to ensure training records are accurately maintained. •    Lead investigations of near misses, identify the root cause, and track trends to prevent recurrence. •    Manage security cameras and access control. •    Manage district inspections to support facilities and instruction. (30%) Risk Management  •    Assess and mitigate institutional risks through detailed contract reviews and collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential exposures. •    Serve as the College’s primary point of contact for all risk management and insurance matters, making independent decisions and providing expert guidance. •    Lead the annual renewal process and administer institutional insurance programs, including casualty, liability, workers’ compensation, crime, property, equipment breakdown, etc. •    Manage certificates of insurance process. •    Represent the College at District Mutual Insurance (DMI) risk management meetings as needed. •    Serve as the Risk Management lead on the Incident Management Team, providing expertise and leadership during crisis events. •    Support risk review for events and travel. •    Serve as a liaison between Human Resources, Facilities, Procurement, Insurance, and other College departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Qualifications:
