Department: Strength & Conditioning Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Director of Sports Performance will be responsible for but not be limited to developing and implementing a periodized strength & conditioning program for multiple intercollegiate athletic teams. This role entails working primarily with one of our flagship sports and 2-3 other teams assigned by the Assistant AD for Sports Performance and will assist with others as necessary. They will also assist with and conduct periodic performance testing, and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
