• NUTR400 - Nutritional BiochemistrySpecific courses taught will be determined as needed by the department. An applicant is not required to possess expertise in all above-noted Nutrition areas, though a breadth of knowledge and experience across multiple topic areas is beneficial. This position is an interest list for future adjunct teaching opportunities. Applications will be reviewed by the department periodically and all candidates will be notified by email if they are chosen to interview for a position.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license strongly preferred. A strong commitment to excellence in teaching is advantageous.Work ScheduleCourses are assigned by the department chair.
