Who you are • A demonstrated commitment to the mission and programs of HCZ• Bachelor's degree preferred• Former track athlete/coach is ideal • Keen knowledge of USATF and AAU regulations, policies, and procedures • Highly effective at fostering a culture of great sportsmanship, respect for others, and self-discipline • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with scholars, parents, staff• Robust attention to detail, and must have familiarity with logistics of track meets and events• Knowledge and/or sensitivity to issues prevalent in underserved communities of color.
