The role is responsible for equipment check-out, equipment reservations, check-in for fitness class reservations, lost & found, towel service sales, towel exchange, towel laundry duties, sales transactions for various resale items, tracking and processing late & damaged equipment, and performing customer service functions at the PEAC. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director—Recreational Programs and Facility Operations, the Frontline Services Student Assistant—PEAC is responsible for setting the tone for the member experience by maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment in the PEAC.
