Additionally, this position is responsible for monitoring law and policy issues related to higher education law, regulatory guidance, and institutional policy and assessing need for updates, education, training, process/procedure revisions to ensure the College's processes remain fair, transparent, educationally grounded and compliant with applicable laws and best practices. This full-time staff position is eligible for 22 days of vacation per year, three days personal leave, generous holiday time (including an extended winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day), sick leave, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision, retirement, paid parental leave, tuition opportunities, and more.
