<p>BMOC Inc. is seeking a <b>reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician</b> to support our residential communities in <b>Stevens Point, Wisconsin</b>.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values well-maintained properties and a positive resident experience.</p><p>You will work closely with our property management team to ensure our buildings remain <b>safe, functional, and well cared for</b>.</p><p><b>Schedule:</b> Approximately <b>32 hours per week</b>.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Perform common repairs including plumbing fixes, faucet replacements, minor appliance troubleshooting, and similar tasks</li><li>Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and small replacements within units and common areas</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property, including common areas and exterior upkeep</li><li>Replace fixtures and small parts as needed throughout the property</li><li>Assist with furniture movement or replacements when necessary</li><li>Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, appliance, and general repairs</li><li>Dependable, organized, and able to work independently</li><li>Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining quality living spaces</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base Salary: $20-$24/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability</li><li>Eligibility for a year-end bonus based on property profitability and individual performance</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Health</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) offered</li><li>Reasonably Flexible</li><li>Competitive holiday and paid time off (full-time)</li></ul><h3>About BMOC</h3><p>BMOC Inc. is a professional property management company with decades of experience managing student and residential housing communities.
