- Support staff with the ordering process and ensures orders are placed and delivered in a timely manner;
- Maintains procurement platform and ensures all information is up to date;
- Support with the maintenance of all supply areas to ensure all of the necessary supplies and resources are readily available for staff;

Student Recruitment.
Working closely with the Director of ISO at Third Street, conductors, coaches, production staff, students, and families, the Band Manager & Coach helps ensure that rehearsals, auditions, and performances operate smoothly and efficiently. The Band Manager & Coach provides administrative, logistical, and musical support for the Music & Dance School's youth band program, currently consisting of three concert bands.
