Knowledge of drywall, patching, and painting; electronic door locking mechanisms; facility mechanical systems such as heating and ventilation, plumbing, and conveyors; and machinery and equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, supply and exhaust fans, power transmission components, cranes, and hoists is a plus. In this role, you will respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility's mechanical equipment, fixtures, and systems, helping keep every facility safe, clean, fully operational, and welcoming for everyone who uses them.
