The ideal candidate will have experience with crisis management, de-escalation practices, positive behavior supports, staff training, leading interdisciplinary teams, and creating individualized behavior plans for individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and co-occurring mental health and psychiatric disorders. The BCBA will serve as the lead clinician in our short-term, therapeutic group homes using best practices, evidenced-based ABA interventions, and trauma informed care.
