Qualifications• Earned a Bachelors degree• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools• Highly motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer customized solutions• Experience closing complex, consultative deals•You can travel as needed•You have 4+ years of sales experience•You have at least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS What Makes TMA Performance Different?
