During the spring semester, CM interns work part-time out of SEA104 supporting construction management activities such as coordinating with general contractors on project activities, reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change order requests, preparing project status updates, updating project management systems, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on equipment delivery, facility readiness, and handover preparation. During the summer full-time period, interns travel to project sites to support active construction projects, attend OAC meetings, conduct site walks to verify construction progress and document conditions, support punch list tracking and close-out documentation, and gain firsthand exposure to Amazon's industrial building projects.
