Supervise children ranging from 5 years old to 12 years old in age-specific groups throughout the course of the summer Serve as role models for campers Actively participate in all camp activities Encourage campers to participate in all camp activities Organize and lead small and large group activities Effectively communicate and collaborate with other counselors Inform the Coordinators and Assistant Director of Camps of any problems, issues, or concerns Appropriately respond to and resolve camper behavioral issues Acknowledge and support staff and campers with unique and differing backgrounds and needs.
