Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers! As a Driver, Helper Non Formula, you will assist the Driver in every aspect of the product delivery to our customers. The Driver Helper rides with and assist Drivers in the tractor trailer, tandem trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading various products in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Employment dates begin as soon as 04/01/26  and work through end of season on or around 10/01/26.As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.Compensation<ul><li style="font-weight:400">Piece rate (ranging between $40 and $270 per unit; average of $102 per unit)</li><li style="font-weight:400">$20 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.</li><li style="font-weight:400">More benefits and company perks information below.</li></ul>Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.</li><li>Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces. </li><li>Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.</li><li>Assist with laundry and linen as needed.</li><li>Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.</li><li>Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.</li><li>Collect and remove trash and debris. </li><li>Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.</li><li>Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.</li><li>Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.</li><li>Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.</li><li>Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!</li></ul>Skills + Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!</li><li>Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.</li><li>This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.</li><li>Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.</li><li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that's clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.</li></ul>Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements<ul><li>Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.</li><li>We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs.
