What You’ll Do<ul><li>Accurately enter and review customer orders in a custom order‑entry system</li><li>Validate measurements, dimensions, pricing, and specifications prior to production</li><li>Interpret technical drawings and special ordering instructions</li><li>Communicate with customers, sales, and internal manufacturing teams</li><li>Proactively follow up on pending or incomplete orders</li><li>Manage specialty and technical order requirements</li><li>Issue credits and no‑charge orders according to company process</li><li>Follow SOPs, quality standards, and 5S guidelines</li><li>Support business needs, including regular mandatory overtime</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Self‑starter who works independently and takes ownership of results</li><li>High attention to detail—accuracy is critical</li><li>Comfortable working with measurements, dimensions, and specifications</li><li>Call‑center or customer‑facing experience in manufacturing, medical, or financial services</li><li>Strong data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM/order systems)</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet productivity standards (typing and 10‑key experience preferred)</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of data entry, office or call center customer service experience</li><li>Proficiency with MS office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and order entry systems</li><li>Solid computer work experience with PC or Web based CRM applications and databases</li><li>Customer facing communication experience</li><li>Strong data entry proficiency typing 40 WPM,  10-key 8,000 KPM</li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k) with company matching</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
