Work in close cooperation with Residence Life and Facilities staff including the Assistant Directors (AD), Residential Success Coordinators (RSC), Residence Director (RD), Resident Assistants (RAs) and Custodial/Housekeeping crew. This includes any instructions given by Residence Life Staff, Winthrop University Police, Winthrop University faculty and staff members, and any other emergency personnel (EMS, RHPD, RHFD, etc.).
Graduate nurses (GN) and experienced nurses entering a training program will be under the direct supervision of a preceptor for all principal duties and responsibilities during the training program with eventual transition to independent practice after successful training program completion.
If hired, you will work in person in a schooled-aged camp setting to provide supervision, care, program delivery, and services per Steve & Kate's Camp and Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures and guidance, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Steve & Kate's Camp's care and the employee. Job Responsibilities: Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
Provide customer service in a recreation center or park facility through telephone, emails, web site, social media, and walk-in patrons and customers for information. Assist in light maintenance of facilities and recreational areas.
