As an Operator, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising staff, managing daily cash deposits, and ensuring the stand is secure and running smoothly.Wild Willy’s Fireworks provides everything you need to succeed. Retail or customer service experience is preferred. We are looking for great people to join our summer pollinating project in July of 2026! This is a great opportunity to make extra cash. Incentives for working on weekends. Job Duties:<ul><li>Schedule will vary between 7am and 4pm based on weather conditions and work load.
	</li><li>Work conditions will vary between HOT, HUMMID and MUDDY and in the corn fields.
	</li><li>Must be at least 14 years old on or before July 1, 2026. Parent consent required.
	</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.
