Strong clinical assessment and crisis response skills in fast-paced residential environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, faculty, healthcare providers, and campus staff • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly related to medication management and documentation • Ability to balance student-centered care with institutional policies and regulatory requirements • Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective in emergency and high-stress situations • Ability to maintain a professional, supportive, and compassionate approach when working with students and families • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams • Availability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required by program operations and student needs. • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) or other credentialed healthcare professional authorized and certified to administer medications and injections in the state of Florida • Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience working with adolescents or young adults, preferably in residential school-based camp or behavioral health settings • Experience managing medication administration, including injectable medications such as insulin, biologics, or other prescribed treatments • Familiarity and commitment to compliance according to HIPAA, FERPA, and all other applicable federal, state, local, and industry rules, laws, and regulations • Experience supporting neurodiverse populations, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and co-occurring medical conditions • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and emergency response or ability to obtain prior to program start.
