Qualifications: Demonstrates self-motivation, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate well with others Demonstrates the ability to contribute as part of a team while also working independently Proficient in using computers and smartphones Strong attention to detail, with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse group including Managers, Field Staff, Subcontractors, and Customers Maintains a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn Must be enrolled in an accredited co-op program, pursuing a degree in an engineering discipline such as Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. A successful Co-Op will gain hands-on experience in estimating projects and developing scopes of work, collaborate directly with vendors to procure materials and equipment, and support Account Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Superintendents in meeting job site and customer needs.
