Required • Minimum 12 ECE units (AA, BA, or coursework in progress accepted) • Experience working with toddlers and/or preschoolers in a group care setting • Genuine enthusiasm for nature-based and child-centered learning • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team • Current (or ability to obtain): CPR/First Aid, TB clearance, DHHS/FBI background check. Child Observation & Documentation • Observe and document children's play, language, and theories through photos, anecdotal notes, and video • Contribute to learning stories, pedagogical panels, and portfolios that make children's thinking visible • Participate in weekly team documentation review and reflective dialogue.
