Responsibilities: Lead engaging daily activities that promote learning, teamwork, and confidence Supervise campers to ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment Collaborate with fellow counselors and communicate with families about daily experiences Qualifications: Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age High school diploma or GED required CDA coursework or related college-level coursework is preferred 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred Be part of a community where people grow, futures are shaped, and lives are changed.
