Draper, Inc. is recruiting for applicants interested in summer employment. Positions will be available in both the office and manufacturing. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Applicants who return from the prior year are eligible for a $.50 per hour wage increase. Positions typically last until around Labor Day. Some may be available through the end of October.Office openings include positions in such areas as Sales (including Order Entry), Engineering, I.T., and Materials/Inventory. These positions are all on day shift. Work hours will be discussed at the time of an interview or job offer.Factory openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Night shift is 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Night shift includes a $.50 per our night shift premium. Overtime may be available and some of it may be mandatory.Applicants in the following categories can apply. <ul><li>Prior summer employees.</li><li>College students looking for summer work.</li><li>School employees looking for summer work and extra income.</li><li>Retiree's.</li><li>Any other applicants looking for seasonal work.</li></ul>General requirements for summer employment<ul><li>Factory: At least 18 years old. Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Ability to utilize a power washer to achieve desired results.</li><li>Will paint tanks utilizing roller, brush, and spray paint.</li><li>Maintain and actively contribute to a safe working environment at all times.</li><li>Must operate company vehicle in accordance with safety policies.</li><li>Provide labor to assist the Energy Department as needed.</li><li>Ability to follow directions, utilizing maps or GPS features as needed.</li></ul> Skills and Qualifications: <ul><li>Supports Keystone Cooperative stated Vision, Mission, and Values.</li><li>Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.</li><li>Perform all responsibilities independently, safely and in compliance with environmental stewardship regulations.</li></ul>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record verified by MVR Education and Experience: <ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li></ul>
