Understand what enterprises require before they adopt at scale, particularly for customers in regulated industries: security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP), identity and access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), data governance (retention, residency, customer-managed keys), audit logging, and spend controls. Work across teams and directly with customers: partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations, join customer security and compliance reviews, and bring what enterprises are blocked on back to product and engineering.
