Requirements: Currently enrolled in mechanical career school is encouraged but not required Interest in mechanical, automotive, diesel, agricultural, or technical careers is a plus Michigan summer work permit required Must be at least 16 years of age Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a shop environment Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work with tools and equipment throughout the shift The ability to work a full shift, arrive on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet business demands with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
