This role oversees accounting staff, oversees payroll and expense accounting, manages balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Finance, Operations, Actuarial, IT, and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Preferred experience overseeing Fixed Asset accounting, Intercompany/Inter-unit accounting, expense accounting, and Payroll accounting functions, including related reconciliations, controls, reporting, and process improvements.
