We are looking for candidates who: - Are currently pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an ABET-accredited university - Have completed (or are currently taking) coursework in site design, hydrology, transportation, or stormwater systems - Have exposure to or an interest in learning AutoCAD Civil 3D - Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn - Thrive in a team-oriented, client-driven work environment - An Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or intent to pursue one is a plus - Software used in this role may include AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-Storm, and WaterCAD. $20 - $30 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
