Our Summer Internship Program is full-time, 10-week experience (June-August) designed to build real-world skills and industry insight, where you will gain hands-on exposure to the banking world, develop leadership and workplace competencies, and learn how a mutual bank like PeoplesBank puts people first. Presentation & Communication: At the conclusion of the internship, prepare and deliver a professional presentation to PeoplesBank leaders, managers, peers and other stakeholders, highlighting key projects, accomplishments, lessons learned and overall internship experience.
