SPECIFIC DUTIES: + Capture digital still and video images of campers, activities, staff and grounds each week + Save all images and videos in an organized manner, by week, on the O: drive + Post images throughout the week via camp's Facebook, YouTube and Instagram accounts + Update photos and data on website as necessary + Setup all sound, visual and computer equipment, as needed, for scheduled programming + Maintain inventory of equipment - storing it safely and neatly between use + If necessary train others to operate the equipment remembering that the safe use of all equipment is your responsibility + Ensure that all media projects are completed and delivered within the established deadlines for each project + Responsible to maintain the equipment in good repair and inform the Camp Director of any equipment issues + Submit supply requests to the main office staff + Assist Program in the oversight of camp programming + Help with behavior management as needed + Assist with scheduling, creating and implementing program as part of the team + Assist Counselors as needed when your primary duties aren't in conflict + Ensure that you are on time with all setups for events - special and regularly scheduled.
