The Summer Associate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of a development project including: financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, zoning, legal oversight, budgeting, design, construction, acquisition, project management and leasing. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort.
