Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in constructing and maintaining streets, alleys, sidewalks, curbs, screening walls, drainage systems (including box culverts, bridges, pipes), traffic signals, signs/markings, and retaining walls-using a wide range of equipment-with at least three years of supervisory experience; TMUTCD and IMSA knowledge strongly preferred. Under direction of the Manager of Public Works, this position plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews work of crews engaged in maintenance and construction of streets, alleys and drainage facilities, traffic signals, traffic signs and markings, and performs related work as assigned.
