The U.S. Army CPE ST3 sustains a portfolio of more than 370 simulation, training, testing, and threat products fielded at over 400 locations worldwide, supporting U.S. and Allied warfighters’ combat readiness, interoperability, and multi-domain operational effectiveness — with growth into areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber and information warfare, robotics and autonomous systems, directed energy, and hypersonics. As the Jira Agile Transformation Lead, you will be Barbaricum’s principal Agile/Jira practitioner on the CPE ST3 APS effort — first as a driver of the Phase II live Jira technical demonstration (anticipated late October 2026), then as a hands-on lead standing up and maturing the operational Agile environment after award.
