This teammate will play a key role in the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Hot Mill by overseeing roll inventory, roll maintenance, grinding practices, roll change coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve mill performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. The Hot Mill Roll Shop Lead will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teammates to optimize roll performance, support troubleshooting efforts, and ensure readiness of rolls to meet production demands.
