Conduct required training including but not limited to; New Hire Orientation, DOT Hazmat, Drug and Alcohol Supervisory Training, Driver New Hire Training, Project Management, while managing change with deliberate speed, as determined by Management Team. Provide guidance, develop tools and audit facilities to assist locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota and New York in achieving desired compliance related outcomes.
