Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Area Director including but not limited to the following: Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, staffing, and hiring, staff development and holding team accountable, creating a culture in line with company values, building sales and local store marketing, safety & sanitation. Works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours if necessary.
